MISSED, RESCHEDULED, OR CANCELLED CLASSES
If a purchased class is missed, rescheduled, or cancelled by a student or the studio, Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC will make a reasonable effort to reschedule with the student the same or similar class. If rescheduling is not an option, a class gift certificate will be issued via email to the original class-purchasing customer-provided email address equal to the paid purchase price amount of the original class, not to include materials kits or any other “add-on” class purchases or extra reserved classwork time. See STORE RETURNS for physical or digital product returns. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC. CUSTOM DESIGNS, PRODUCTS, AND REPAIRS
Custom designs, products, and repairs are quoted and completed specifically for you, the customer. We offer an extensive consultation and approval process for custom designs, products, and repairs to ensure we stay within your budget and that you will be satisfied with the results. Once custom design, products, and/or repairs are approved by you, we require 1/2 of the quoted final purchase price as a deposit to begin the work. The remaining 1/2 of the final purchase price is due upon delivery. There are no returns or refunds offered on custom designs, products, or repairs. STORE RETURNS
A customer may return a physical or digital product purchased from the Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC store within 15 days of the purchase date, excluding custom designed and/or made items, for one Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC store credit gift certificate sent via email to the original purchasing customer provided email address equal to the paid purchase price amount, not to include shipping charges or return shipping charges. Product must be in new condition as defined and determined by the sole discretion of Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC. CLIENT GOODS: CUSTOM DESIGN, REPAIRS, AND RISK
There is always inherent risk when working with client goods for custom design or repair. In the case of accidental damage or loss of client goods during custom design work or repair, Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC will make every reasonable effort to replace the client goods with a similar product of equal or greater value and provenance based on the written and signed description of the client goods documented at intake from the client to Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC. Full and immediate written disclosure to the client of the damage or loss will be made by Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC with a brief plan of action and timeframe for replacement. Client input on client good replacement choice and time frame, in addition to any professional and reputable appraisal previously documented with the intake form, will be taken into consideration at the sole discretion of Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC. We take the greatest care with client goods, and we want our clients to know the inherent risks and the course of action Metalsmithing and Jewelry Studio 7 LLC will take in the case of damaged or lost client goods.
